All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with our support team within 10 business days of domestic product delivery (15 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). Color By Fire offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
